• Return Policy:
  • Our return policy is as follows:
  1. 1- It is accepted only if the product has been opened and it is found different from the description or the picture shown.
  2. 2- You received the wrong product.
  3. 3- You received the product not as described on the site or it was received damaged.
  4. 4- You must inform us immediately when you discover one of the above conditions, and within a period not exceeding 3 days since you received the product.

  6. Non-returnable Products:
  • You are not entitled to return or exchange any of the following products:
  1. 1- Which have been previously used, damaged by you, or are in a condition different from what you received them.
  2. 2- Any consumables that have been used or installed for something else.
  3. 3- Any products that are devoid of their serial number or have been tampered with.

  • How to refund
  1. 1- For products that have been delivered, we will refund the full value of the product subject to return including the fees for returning the product to us (excluding fees paid to ship the product to you) and this applies in the following cases:
  2. A- Products that are defective or that are not described in the website.
  3. B- If the reason for the return is due to an error on our part, such as an error in pricing or description, or delay in delivery beyond the agreed date, and so on.
  4. For all other cases, we will refund the value of the returned product (excluding the fees paid to ship the product to you) and you will bear the cost of returning the product to us.
  • For undelivered products, you are entitled to receive full payment if you cancel the purchase order in accordance with clause
  1. 1- Refund procedures: The refund of the amount will be the same as the method of payment by you, as follows:
  2. A- If you have paid for cash on delivery, we will return the value to your e-wallet
  3. B- If you paid by credit/debit card, the amount will be refunded to the credit/debit card

  5. 2- When will the refund be refunded: The refund will be given to you at the same time we receive and inspect the product at our Customer Merchandise Configuration Center, and your final payment will be as follows:
  6. 3- If the amount will be returned to your credit/debit card: This will be done within thirty (30) days from the day we receive the returned product at our Customer Merchandise Configuration Center, and if you pay in cash, the amount will be returned within 15 days from the date we receive the product
  7. 4- If you cancel the purchase order before the shipping date, the amount will be automatically refunded to you.
